2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the Writ Petition itself is came to be withdrawn and therefore, nothing remains for further adjudication in this miscellaneous petition.

Therefore, C.M.P.No.1985 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous and consequently W.A.Sr.No.96119 of 2020, stands rejected.
