This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in CMP No.2102 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I at Mayiladuthurai and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to lodge a First Information Report and file a Report within a time limit as fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the respondent police already registered a FIR in Crime No.751 of 2018 for offences under Sections 452, 379, 506(i) of IPC.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor was also handed over a copy of the FIR to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
