O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to consider the representation submitted

by the petitioner on 08.03.2016.

2. The representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that he raised an objection to register the decree passed in O.S.No.113 of 2004, which was decreed in favour of the third respondent. The objection raised by the petitioner further reveals that there is a stay in respect of the decree granted in O.S.No.113 of 2004.

3. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the third respondent, states that there is no such stay order communicated to the third respondent or enclosed along with the present writ petition.

4. In the absence of any such order, the petitioner cannot raise any objection to make necessary entries or register the decree and make all necessary entries.

5. In this regard, the second respondent-Sub Registrar is directed to provide an opportunity both to the petitioner as well as the third respondent, asking them to produce all necessary documents and verify the same and accordingly, initiate all further actions to redress the grievances of the parties.
