Mr.V.Balasubramaniam, learned counsel representing Mr.K.A.Ravindran, learned counsel appearing for the appellant represented that the letter sent to the appellant was returned on 15.06.2022 with endorsement as 'deceased' and submitted that the suit in O.S.No.65 of 2012 was abated.

2.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this First Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
