ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the name of enquiry.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. It is seen from the records that there is a business transaction between the parties. The complainant seems to have been approached the police for the purpose of recovery of money. Nature of the dispute is purely civil and the police will have no role to play in a dispute of this nature. The respondent police shall relegate the parties to approach the appropriate civil Court. The respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
