This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience by the respondents of the order of this Court dated 02.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.8819 of 2024. 1/4

2. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had produced before the Court the original files of the respondents relating to the subject matter, and has drawn the attention of the Court to the letter in R.C.No.B2/1425/2023 dated 27.06.2025, addressed by the second respondent herein to the Resolution Professional, informing him about the orders of this Court and also the Form-B annexed therein.

3. Considering the fact that the orders of this Court, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with, the contempt petition is closed.
