) This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 444 days in re-presenting the appeal, in C.M.A. (SR) No.84129 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 444 days in re-presenting the appeal is condoned, subject to the condition of payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed, automatically, without further reference to this Court.
