O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1/AC/2018 dated 03.05.2018 on the file of Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti Corruption Police. 2.

When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that final report has been filed in this case and the case has been taken cognizance in Spl.C.C.No.1/2022 on 21.02.2022 for the offences under Sections 109, 120(B), 167, 177, 201 and 420 IPC and 13(2) r/w 13(1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 3.

In view of the development of completion of investigation and filing of final report and taking cognizance, without going into the merits of the above, this petition is closed and it is open to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
