The learned counsel for the respondents 6 and 7 made a submission that within a period of four weeks, they will demolish the unauthorized portion of the construction and reconstruct in accordance with the approved plan and keeping in mind the set-back area to be followed. The encroachments in entirety is directed to be removed.

2. The 1st respondent / the Commissioner, Thiruverkadu Municipality, Chennai is directed to monitor the actions of the respondents 6 and 7.

3. Post the matter on 01.04.2024, under the caption "For Reporting Compliance".
