Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend time of 15 days for the petitioners to comply with the conditions imposed by the Hon`ble Court in Crl.MP.No. 12940 of 2021 in Crl.OP.18972 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12940 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18972 of 2021, dated 07.12.2021, to surrender the petitioners and execute the sureties. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to illness and also owing to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners could not able to deposit the amount and furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not able to deposit the amount and furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for depositing the amount and executing the sureties is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 11/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
