O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) This petition has been filed by petitioner/father of the detenue Janarthanan, aged 18 years, to cause production of his son before this Court.

2. The alleged detenue Janarthanan, son of petitioner, stands produced before this Court. Petitioner is also present.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that owing to certain differences between the father and son, the detenue had gone away to Kerala.

4. Presently, the detenue informs this Court his intent to accompany his father.
