O R D E R
The petitioner already had the benefit of an order from the respondent on 27.01.2020. It is for the respondent to ensure that the order passed by them is put into effect by the Public Information Officer. They may take necessary steps in accordance with law and in accordance with the rules and regulations and this Court at this stage cannot give any further direction but only to impress upon the respondent that when they pass an order they must also ensure that it is put into effect by the appropriate authorities.
2. I hope that they would so ensure that the order is put into effect on or before 30.04.2023. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
