J U D G M E N T

When this Appeal came up for hearing in the last occasion viz., on 03.01.2022, the learned counsel for the appellant sought short accommodation to take steps for the deceased sole appellant. Hence, this matter was directed to be posted today and accordingly it is listed.

2. Even today (i.e., on 01.02.2022), the learned counsel for the appellant has not taken steps to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant on record and seeks further time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the appellant sought several adjournments on different dates viz., 27.10.2021, 01.11.2021, 01.12.2021 and 03.01.2022. However, till now, he has not taken any steps to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant on record. Hence, this Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
