ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30465 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Inspector of Police, Nagapattinam Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 am until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30465 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m for a period of one(1) week and thereafter, every first and third Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
