O R D E R

The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.210 of 2015. He filed the said suit for declaration of title and delivery of possession. Even though the suit was filed in the year 2015, it has not reached its finality and it posted for trial only on 12.4.2019. Therefore the plaintiff preferred the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.210 of 2015.

2. Since the matter is posted for trial, it is expected that the trial court shall complete proceedings within a period of two months. M.GOVINDARAJ, J.

3. Taking into consideration the long pendency of the suit, a direction is issued to Sub Court, Poonamallee to complete the trial and pronounce judgment within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
