C.M.P.Nos.346, 347 and 348 of 2015 in A.S.No.1091 of 2004 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 1475 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the V.S.Sriram, the 1st respondent; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of V.S.Sriram, the first respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased V.S.Sriram, the first respondent as respondents 3 to 7.

2. According to the petitioners, the 1st respondent died on 08.01.2011 and the proposed respondents 3 to 7 are the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and all the Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
