2.The learnd counsel for the applicant submits that this Court while passing orders on 10.01.2020 in A.Nos.174 & 175 of 2019 in I.P.No.25 of 2014, cost of Rs.15,000/- was ordered to be paid in favour of the Secretary, the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court, Chennai was improperly noted to be paid to the Official Assignee and accordingly, the money was deposited in the Official Assignee Account on 22.01.2020. Hence, seeks clarification of the order whether the money has to be retained by the Official Assignee or to be remitted to the account of the Secretary, the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court, Chennai.

kas 3.Considering the above statement, the Official Assignee is requested to remit the amount of Rs.15,000/- to the account of the Secretary, the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court, Chennai, forthwith.

4.The Official Assignee is permitted to file his reply, if any. 5.Post the matter before the learned Additional Master-II for recording evidence.
