ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.A.Sathiya Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner; and, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that encroachments are made on the public pathway by respondents 3 to 6.

3. The petitioner may approach the Committee constituted under the Government Order bearing G.O.Ms.No.64, dated 08.02.2022. If such application is filed by the petitioner, the Committee may consider the said application on its own merits and

in accordance with law and also after observing the principles of natural justice.

4. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
