This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 17.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18540 of 2020, thereby directing the first respondent to register and release the sale deed dated 21.05.2010, pending in document No.33 of 2010 without insisting issuance of No Objection certificate from the second respondent within a period of two weeks.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that while pending the contempt petition, the respondents filed writ appeal before this Court in W.A.No.2004 of 2023 and obtained interim order of stay on 03.08.2023.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, this Contempt Petition is closed at present. The petitioner is at liberty to review the contempt petition subject to the result of the order passed in W.A.No.2004 of 2023.
