Both the parties are present. Mr.R.Chakkaravarthy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Syed Anwar for Mr.Abhinav Parthasarathy, learned counsel for the first respondent are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The above Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 26.03.2010 in I.D.No.561 of 2005 and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to pay back wages from the date of termination.

2. When the Writ Petition is pending, there was a negotiation between the parties as well as the counsel on record, resulting finalization of the quantum at Rs.1,75,000/- in one time settlement for giving quietus to the matter. The parties in person and the counsel on record are agreed for the compromise.

4. In view of the compromise entered into between the parties, awarding of a sum of Rs.1,75,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Seventy Five Thousand only) in one time settlement to the petitioner and the 1st respondent is directed to deposit the amount within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. From the amount to be deposited, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount. This Writ Petition is ordered accordingly.

The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
