JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that sole appellant died on 08.05.2019 and his legal heirs are not interested to prosecute the appeal. Therefore, she would submit that the appeal may be dismissed as abated.
