Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent No 1 relating to the impugned Final Findings dated 26.11.2020 in Case. No SSR 02/2020 and quash the said impugned Final findings dated 26.11.2020 as illegal arbitrary and in complete violation of the Principles of Natural justice consequently hold that ECFG is not covered within the scope of the existing anti dumping duty imposed on imports of certain Float glass when originating in or exported from China PR.
