ORDER
It is represented by Mr.P.Seshadri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the sole petitioner has passed away and he is not in a position to contact the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner for filing the substitute petition. In view of the same, consequent upon the death of the sole petitioner wherein writ petition has already abated. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as abated leaving it open to the legal representative of the deceased petitioner to file appropriate application if they are so advised.
