ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the plaintiff filed an application under Order XVI Rule 1 and 6 of the CPC, seeking the issuance of summons to the Thasildar, Cheyyur, for the production of the documents mentioned in the petition, in connection with Joint Patta No.1778 issued by the Tahsildar, Cheyyur. The said application was dismissed by the Court below vide order dated 16.11.2023. Aggrieved over the same, the present Civil Revision petition has been filed.

The learned counsel further submits that the revision petitioner / plaintiff has now filed applications in I.A.Nos. 1 and 2 of 2025 seeking to receive the documents obtained through the Right to Information Act. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
