ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Principal Session Judge at Salem, in Crl.M.P.No.3240 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 and to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Session Judge at Salem, in Para No.5(iii) to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2442 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024 by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2442 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur on 03.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
