This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 39 days in preferring the above appeal.
2.The learned counsel prays this Court to dispense with the issuance of notice to the 1st respondent and also made an endorsement to that effect. The same is recorded and notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with. 3.Mr. K.Vinod, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.
3. The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.Sr.No.435 of 2026, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same on 12.02.2026.
4. It is made clear that the petitioner will not be entitled for any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
