O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Suganya, Daughter of G.Nagappan, aged about 23 years, directing the respondents to cause production of his daughter/the detenue before this Court and to set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The alleged detenue Suganya was secured and produced before this Court.

4.It is not in dispute that the detenue is a major and a married woman. As per the prosecution, she eloped with another person and subsequently absconded. However, now she expressed her willingness to go along with her parents/the petitioner and his wife, who are also present before this Court.

4. Recording the statement made by the Additional Public Prosecutor and there is no illegal detention by anybody, we are of the view that this petition is ordered to be closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. 5.Accordingly, this petition is closed.
