This application has been filed to direct the respondents furnish security for a sum of Rs.2,69,829.73/- failing which to attach the immovable property of the respondents morefully described in the schedule, till the enforcement of the Award that may be ultimately passed in the arbitration proceedings.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the award has been passed.
3. This Court is of the view that since the award has been passed, the applicant shall workout his remedy before the Execution court by enforcing the award. Accordingly the application is closed.
