ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.215 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent to any other investigation agency. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the crime No.215 of 2013 has been closed as mistake of fact on 30.09.2015 and the closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ponneri.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The respondent police is hereby directed to issue a copy of the closure report to the petitioner if not served.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
