Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the first and second respondents to produce the body or person of petitioner's minor daughter, P.Devi, aged about 16 years, who is under the illegal custody of respondents 3 to 5 before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner. [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenue, Devi for a direction to the first and second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter was called, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue has been secured on 20.04.2015 and handed over to her parents. He has also filed a status report to that effect. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submits that the detenue has been secured.
