CMP.Nos.171 to 173 of 2011 have been filed to implead the respondents 8 to 14 as LRs of the first respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and to condone the delay in filing petition to set aside the abatement.

2. CMP.Nos.11838 to 11840 of 2018 have been filed to implead the appellants 8 to 10 as LRs of appellant No.3 to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Appellant No.3 and to condone the delay in filing petition to set aside the abatement.

3. Already for respondents 8, 9 and 11 to 14, notices served and their names also printed in the cause-list, but they have not appeared either in person or through counsel. Today, for R10, paper publication effected and filed. R8 to R14 called absent and set exparte.

4. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these petitions are allowed.
