ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 31.01.2024, the petitioner appeared in person and requested time for engaging some other Advocate. At his request, the matter was listed for hearing on 14.02.2024. When the matter was listed on 14.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to today (15.02.2024) under the caption "For dismissal".

2. Today (15.02.2024), Mr.R.R.Mohan, learned counsel appeared before the Court and sought further time to file vakalat for petitioner. Even though 15 days time was given to the petitioner to engage some other counsel, till date no counsel has been engaged. There was no representation for petitioner on 14.02.2024. Even today counsel appearing before Court neither filed vakalat nor expressed his readiness to argue the case. There is no other representation for petitioner. The conduct of the petitioner shows that he is not interested in 2/4

prosecuting the case. In such circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
