a) dividing the suit properties by metes and bounds and allot 1/2 share to the plaintiff.

b) directing the 5th defendant to pay the plaintiff's one half share of rent collected from the suit property from the date of plaint.

c) for costs.

JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
