This application is filed to sue on the file of this Court against respondents/defendants1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,18,19,21-26,28 and 31.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that she has filed an memo seeking the permission of this Court to withdraw the application. The memo filed by the applicant dated 30.11.2022 reads as follows:

1. The applicant has filed the above Application No.1730 of 2016 and a Civil Suit which is bearing the Dairy No.as CS.(F).No.12633 of 2016

2. The applicant begs to withdraw the application and the civil suit as per the letter dated 30.11.2022
