ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.200 of 2015 pending on his file within a reasonable time frame as directed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.200 of 2015, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as 'mistake of fact'.
