Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SUBASH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 23068 of 2021, dated 03.12.2021.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before Attayam patti Police Station, Salem District at 10.30 a.m. monthly twice.
