The petitioner has filed a representation on 05.02.2021 seeking renewal of the place of business and permission to pay the prescribed licence fee and additional fee for the period 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22 in line with the decision of this Court in in W.A.No.1511 of 2017 dated 21.11.2017 and order of the Supreme Court in SLP.Diary No.27654 of 2018 dated 20.09.2018.

2. Mr.R.P.Prathap Singh, learned Government Advocate states that this representation would be considered after hearing the petitioner and orders will be passed within a period of six weeks from today in accordance with law.
