This petition has been filed by the accused No.1 to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.24 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) who is appearing for the first respondent has submitted that during pendency of this petition, investigation has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed and based on the same, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.243 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram. Hence this petition has become infructuous.
