O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the Second respondent in proceedings dated 16.02.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the land allotted for construction of School is improper and the order passed in this regard, based on the representation submitted by the petitioner, is under challenge in present the writ petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission along with the report stating that the school buildings were constructed in the said land and the possession was handed over to the Education Department in the year 2017 itself. Students are admitted and studying in the said school for the past more than three years. This apart, the petitioner himself was a member of the Committee, who in turn collected some amount irregularly and a Criminal Case was also registered against him. This being the factum placed, this Court is of the opinion that the relief sought for in the present Writ petition at this length of time cannot be considered.
