This application has been filed by way of an appeal as against the order of the learned Master terminating E.P. During pendency of this application, various memos of calculations had been filed and finally a memo of calculation dated 16.02.2023 filed by the Decree Holder indicating that the Decree Holder is entitled to receive a sum of Rs.8,15,085/-.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader had also filed a memo indicating that the Decree Holder is entitled to the said amount. 3.It is also brought to the notice by the Registry that there is a sum of Rs.25,83,362/- lying to the credit of O.S.A.No.406 of 2000 which arose in a proceedings in E.P., and a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- has been deposited to the credit of E.P. 4.As agreed between the parties, the Registry is directed to disburse a sum of Rs.8,15,085/- to the Decree Holder from the amount deposited as stated supra and the balance amount of Rs.22,68,277/- shall be paid to the third respondent. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
