J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that he has not received any instructions from the appellants and without any instructions he is not in a position to conduct the case before this Court.

2.The learned counsel also submits that initially when the appeal came up for hearing on 18.11.2010 before this Court, he reported no instructions from the appellants. Thereafter, seven years had gone by, even today he reports no instructions from the appellants. Except no other option, this court is inclined to dismiss the appeal as no instructions.
