C.R.P.No.30 of 2021 C.R.P.No.30 of 2021 and C.M.P.No. 249 of 2021 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., The learned II-Additional Sub Judge, Erode had sought extension of time to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.287 of 2013. As per the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.(PD).No.30 of 2021 dated 16.08.2021, the learned IIAdditional Sub Judge, Erode was directed to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. As per remarks offered by the learned II-Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode, the case is pending for awaiting documents ( service register of Tmt.C.K.Pachiyammal) and also due to the pandemic lockdown, Court was unable to dispose of the case within the time specified. Therefore he seeks further extension of time.

3. Considering the remarks offered by the learned II-Additional Sub Judge, Erode, further time of three months is granted from today. The learned II-Additional Sub Judge, Erode is directed to dispose of the case within an extended period of three months.
