(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Rubiya Begum, aged 24 years, to cause production of his wife, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the first respondent police. The petitioner/husband of the detenue and the second respondent/father of the detenue are also before us. 3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her father, who is present before us. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
