This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 28.09.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.436 2021 in C.C.No.1 of 2021 on the file of the Special Court for the cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Petition and he has also filed a memo to that effect.
