This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 16.10.2023 in Crl.OP.No.23875 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m., till such samples have been taken and thereafter, everyday, until filing of the final report.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, daily once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 15 days and thereafter, weekly once., i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
