For Applicant in A.No.265 of 2023 & Respondent in A.No.3405 of 2023 : Mr.Keerthikiran Murali For Respondent in A.No.265 of 2023 & Applicant in A.No.3405 of 2023 : Mr.K.Harishankar ***** COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.22 of 2023 submits that the order dated 24.07.2025 passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the petitioner in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.22 and the Fixed Deposit receipt for a period of one year favouring the Registrar General of this Court has also been handed over to the Registrar General of this Court yesterday (25.08.2025).

2. In view of the same, the order of interim stay of operation of impugned arbitral award dated 24.07.2025 made in A.No.265 of 2025 is made absolute. Accordingly, the said application is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respective parties to raise all objections in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)Nos.22 and 45 of 2023. In view of the interim stay granted by this Court pending disposal of Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)Nos.22 and 45 of 2023, E.P.DR.No.34492 of 2023 is Page No.2 of 4

closed. However, liberty is granted to the claimant in the arbitration to file an execution petition, in case, the claimant succeeds in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)Nos.22 and 45 of 2023. In view of the order passed in E.P.DR.No.34492 of 2023, the application in A.No.3405 of 2023 is also closed. Further, liberty is also granted to the petitioner in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.45 of 2023 to file an application for payment out of the monies lying to the credit of Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)Nos.22 and 45 of 2023. The petitioner in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.22 of 2023 is also at liberty to raise all objections, whenever such an application is filed by the petitioner in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.45 of 2023.

3. Post the main cases in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)Nos.22 and 45 of 2023 'for arguments' finally on 07.10.2025.
