This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order dated 30.04.2019 passed by this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.12052 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to filed final report in Crime No.529 of 2018, within a period three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of that order.

Today, the respondent present before this Court and represented that they already completed the investigation in Crime No.529 of 2018 and they are about to file final report before the concerned Court. 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to file final report in Crime No.529 of 2018, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, before the concerned Court.

With the above direction, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
