This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent herein to give police protection to the petitioner for inspecting the land with the help of taluk surveyor by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 25.12.2023.

2. Heard Mr.R.Lokeshwaran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] appearing on behalf of respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] appearing for respondents submitted that a decision will be taken on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.12.2023 at the earliest.
