Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has given the representations to the respondents on 09.01.2023 and 06.10.2023, respectively seeking to issue Patta in his favour in respect of the subject property, based on the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6769/2009/A1, dated 11.07.2014 passed by the 10th respondent. Since the said representations have not been considered till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the matter, as it is for the 10th respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Since the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition is for disposal of the representations, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 10th respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 09.01.2023 and 06.10.2023, respectively, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants/interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
