2. Mr.C.Gauthamaraj, learned counsel appearing the respondents submitted that he has no objection in this petition being allowed.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
